This document contains the Most Important Terms and Conditions (“MITC”) governing the relationship between Green Assets Global Services (“Research Analyst”, “RA”, “Company”) and its clients. Clients are advised to read this document carefully before availing any research services.
1. PREAMBLE
Green Assets Global Services is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 and provides research and analytical services related to financial markets.
The purpose of this document is to ensure transparency, investor awareness, and informed decision-making by clearly outlining the rights, responsibilities, obligations, risks, and limitations associated with research services.
By subscribing to any service offered by Green Assets Global Services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Green Assets Global Services provides independent research and analytical services relating to:
- Stock Cash Segment
- Stock Option Segment
- Index Option Segment
- MCX Commodity Segment
Research recommendations are prepared using various analytical methodologies including:
- Technical Analysis
- Price Action Analysis
- Trend Analysis
- Market Sentiment Analysis
- Volume Analysis
- Risk Management Frameworks
- Publicly Available Information
The services are limited to research and recommendations only.
The Research Analyst shall not:
- Execute trades on behalf of clients
- Manage client funds
- Operate trading accounts
- Hold securities on behalf of clients
- Provide guaranteed returns
3. CLIENT DECLARATION
The client hereby confirms that:
- They have read and understood all disclosures and policies.
- They understand the risks associated with financial markets.
- They are availing services voluntarily.
- They understand that all recommendations are based on market analysis and not guarantees.
- They have provided accurate information during onboarding.
- They possess sufficient understanding of investment and trading risks.
The client further acknowledges that investment decisions shall be taken solely at their own discretion.
4. NO ASSURED RETURNS
The client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Green Assets Global Services does not provide assured returns.
- No employee, representative, associate, or agent is authorized to promise profits.
- No assurance is provided regarding capital protection.
- No commitment is made regarding the success of any recommendation.
Any communication claiming guaranteed profits should immediately be reported to the Compliance Officer.
5. MARKET RISKS
The client understands that:
Investments and trading in securities markets are subject to market risks.
The value of investments may fluctuate due to:
- Economic developments
- Interest rate changes
- Inflation
- Political events
- Global market movements
- Regulatory changes
- Company-specific developments
- Geopolitical events
The client may incur partial or complete loss of capital.
Past performance shall not be considered as an indicator of future performance.
6. FEES AND PAYMENT
Research service fees shall be charged according to the plan selected by the client.
The client agrees that:
- Fees shall be paid only through authorized banking channels.
- Cash payments are not encouraged.
- Fees once paid may be governed by the Refund Policy.
- The company reserves the right to revise fees subject to applicable regulations.
All payments must be made in the name of Green Assets Global Services through approved payment methods only.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client shall:
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Keep contact details updated.
- Review all recommendations independently.
- Evaluate suitability before acting.
- Maintain confidentiality of communication credentials.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The client shall not:
- Misuse research reports.
- Redistribute recommendations without permission.
- Misrepresent services to third parties.
- Use research for unlawful purposes.
8. RESEARCH REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Research recommendations are based on information available at the time of preparation.
The client understands that:
- Market conditions can change rapidly.
- Recommendations may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
- Delayed execution may impact outcomes.
- Different clients may experience different results due to execution timing.
Research reports are intended solely for the use of subscribed clients.
9. CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE
Green Assets Global Services maintains internal controls designed to identify and manage conflicts of interest.
Any material conflict of interest, if applicable, shall be disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The Research Analyst may have financial interests in securities covered under research reports.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Green Assets Global Services shall maintain confidentiality of client information except:
- Where disclosure is required by law.
- Where directed by regulatory authorities.
- Where client consent has been obtained.
Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect client data and privacy.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Green Assets Global Services shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Investment losses
- Opportunity losses
- Consequential damages
- Technical disruptions
- Communication delays
- Market volatility
The client agrees that all investment decisions are taken at their own risk.
12. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Research Analyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under circumstances including:
- Non-payment of fees
- Regulatory requirements
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Misuse of research material
- Submission of false information
Termination shall not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
13. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
Clients may raise complaints through designated communication channels.
Green Assets Global Services shall endeavor to resolve complaints in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner.
If the client is not satisfied with the resolution provided, they may escalate the matter through:
- Compliance Officer
- SCORES Platform
- Other applicable regulatory mechanisms
14. REGULATORY DISCLAIMER
Registration granted by SEBI and certification obtained from NISM do not guarantee the performance of the intermediary nor provide any assurance of returns to investors.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By subscribing to any service provided by Green Assets Global Services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Most Important Terms and Conditions and all associated disclosures, policies, and regulatory documents.
